Postage Rates
We use Royal Mail for our postal solution and use the current published rates to calculate the amount. If I can post your order as a large letter rather than parcel rates, I will refund the price difference.
United Kingdom including Highlands and Islands. – Calculated on the weight of goods.
Europe – All Parcels will be sent tracked and postage is calculated on weight of goods.
Rest of the World including US, Canada and Australia. – All parcels will be sent tracked and postage is calculated on weight of goods.
Customs and Taxes
As a buyer you are responsible for any custom charges that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges
The distance selling rules apply to anything purchased on the website. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days from when you receive your order. A refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the items.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless it is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage in case the items get lost in transit.
Returned items must be in the original condition, otherwise they will be returned to you.
